Vistamar School

Remodel

Vistamar School

Partner in Charge: V. Joseph Pica

The current location of Vistamar School was originally an industrial warehouse. The project required the creation of a school facility that encouraged informal learning opportunities. Consequently, the renovation involved structural and fire life-safety upgrades to allow the building to house an educational occupancy. The first phase, completed in September 2005, consisted of 25,000 SF of improvement. The second phase, completed in September 2007, added 50,000 SF of program space.
