The second phase of expansion of the Toyota Center involved the conversion of the former Lakers player space and gym into a USC-Keck Treatment Center and new facilities for Meyer Sports, a Physical Therapy/Sports Therapy specialist organization. Additional area was converted for use by the Rink Management and new lockers provided for the Los Angeles Reign minor league club. Pica and Sullivan completed the design for this phase of work in 2019
